I specialize in teaching how dietary parameters should not affect how food tastes...that a heart healthy, low fat, low glycemic, gluten free or low carb way of life, can be delicious and easy to prepare! Born into a family of foodies and chefs, I started cooking when I was a small child with the encouragement of both my parents. My dad always said that I was born with garlic in my veins and he and my grandfather would be proud to know that I have carried on the family tradition. Their knives have served me well and even though the blades seem to become shorter and thinner as the years pass, they are used with the same amount of pride and love for food, as when they were new. The goal for BZCOOKN is to make people aware that having dietary restrictions, does not mean having to eat tasteless and boring meals. BZCOOKN strives to teach clients to have fun and be comfortable while preparing fabulous foods for their specific needs and never, ever settle for mediocre again!
