I specialize in private parties for 2-10 people, however I am open to discuss any plans you have. With classical chef training and Culinary Nutrition education, I can customize menus to suit your dietary needs and highlight any occasion. I have an extensive knowledge of wines with certification from the prestigious German Wine School in Koblenz Germany. All food I prepare is all natural and is made from scratch. I use locally grown produce whenever possible with preference for certified organic ingredients. Meats and seafood are raised humanely and sustainably with no hormones or antibiotics added. Best of all, I offer "no hassle" service for parties - I bring cookware, china, silverware, napkins and glassware and take it all with me when I go. Your kitchen area will be left in the same condition as found. You do NO work - just sit back and enjoy a magnificent meal prepared just for you! Great for special occasions and makes a great gift!
